What this is
Goberian Sticker Trader is a small, informal tool for coordinating FIFA World Cup 2026 sticker trades between people who use it. It isn't a company, a store, or a payment processor — it's just a shared list of who has what and a way to message about swapping.
Who can use it
You need to be old enough, under the laws that apply to you, to enter into a simple agreement like this one — generally 13 or older, and with a parent or guardian's OK if you're a minor where that's required. Give an accurate email and display name when you sign up.
Your account
You're responsible for whatever happens under your login. Keep your password to yourself, and let the account owner know right away if you think someone else has gotten into it.
How trades actually work
Every trade is between the two people making it. This app only helps you find each other, agree on cards, and message about it — it doesn't inspect cards, hold onto money, ship anything, or guarantee that either side follows through. See the Trading Guidelines for practical tips on trading safely; they're good sense, not a substitute for your own judgement.
No guarantees
This is provided as-is, with no promises that it'll be error-free, always available, or perfectly accurate. Sticker counts, card types, and trader info are only as good as what people enter.
Release of liability — you trade at your own risk
This app is nothing more than a listing board and a messenger. It doesn't verify anyone's identity, inspect any card, hold or move any money, or handle any shipment. By using it, you agree that the app and whoever runs and maintains it are not responsible or liable, to the fullest extent the law allows, for anything arising from a trade or from another user's conduct — including but not limited to:
• a trader misrepresenting a card's condition, rarity, or authenticity, or being dishonest in any other way;
• a card never being shipped, being shipped late, or getting lost in the mail;
• a card arriving damaged, altered, or not matching what was agreed;
• payment or money transfer problems of any kind — non-payment, chargebacks, fraud, scams, or disputes over how or whether money changed hands;
• a trader failing to follow through on an accepted offer, or any other broken agreement between traders;
• and any other loss, damage, or dispute, financial or otherwise, that comes out of a trade or interaction between users, whether or not it was foreseeable.
You are solely responsible for who you choose to trade with and how. To the extent permitted by law, you release the app and its operator from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind connected to disputes with other users, and agree that your only recourse for a bad trade is with the other trader directly — not with this app or whoever runs it.
You cover your own mess
If your use of the app, your trades, or your conduct toward another trader ever leads to a claim, dispute, or cost against the app or the person who runs it, you agree to be responsible for that and to cover any reasonable costs it causes them — this is meant to keep the person maintaining this app out of disputes that are really between traders.
Your information
Your region (country, state, and anything else you choose to add) is shown to other traders so they can find nearby trades — that's the whole point of collecting it. Don't share more than you're comfortable with, and don't reuse info other traders share with you outside of arranging your trade.
Behaving well
No harassment, hate speech, scamming, spam, or anything that would make this a worse place to trade. Accounts that don't follow the Trading Guidelines can be limited or removed.
Changes
These terms might get updated as the app changes. Continuing to use it after a change means you're OK with the new version.
